Separated at Birth

Last night, our pals Jeff and Trish came by for cocktails and nibbles. We had a ball with them when they visited us in the South of France last summer. Honey fell in love with them, and she was thrilled when they came by last night. Wondering now if perhaps Honey and Jeff came from the same litter. They sure enjoyed tussling over the same toy. And snuggling.

After five-plus days of rain, things are looking a lot greener in my neighborhood. I lichen it to spring.

Twenty-Ten. Who Knew?

I hadn't thought about it until I read this, but it appears there's a right way to say 2010. I was in the "two-thousand-ten" camp without even realizing it. Now that I've thought about it, I think I'll try to stick with "twenty-ten." Mostly because it's shorter. Just a thought.
